Fantastic team! Had my Audi RS Q3 tuned and they did a really great job, drives amazing! Always very friendly and professional. Karen and Philip are both very knowledgeable and brilliant to deal with. Despite being very busy they always made time to help with anything and answer any questions I had. Pricing was great considering the quality of work and support I received before and after the tune. Will definitely use again.

I rarely write reviews and never one this scathing.I purchased a second hand vehicle from this company in November. 2022Despite the due diligence undertaken in getting a full RACWA full inspection, I found myself less than 2 hours after delivery with a car that would not start.After replacing both the car and key fob batteries I was still unable to start the vehicle.Naturally I called the dealer but was told I was not entitled to a statutory warranty. This was incorrect, misleading and, quite frankly, deliberate.Having replaced the battery, the radio/bluetooth no longer worked without a security code which was not available in any of the paperwork or from the original service records. Its still not working.So having managed to start the car with roadside assistance, I began driving only to hear an ominous noise from the front suspension.I drove it back to the dealer who determined it was consistent with the age of the car and would not impact safety.Therefore they were obliged to do precisely nothing.At this point they miraculously found the paperwork for the statutory warranty to which I had been entitled all along.So, buyer beware indeed!Fortunately my new best friends at Morley City Hyundai assisted me with reprogramming the key and rang the dodgy dealer for me to ensure my rights under consumer law.So - customer service Prestige Salesman Mr G.E. 0 starsAssistance and general helpfulness 0 stars.Incorrect and (?deliberately)misleading information. 0 stars.Service manager (nice helpful fellow who did take the vehicle for a drive and put it over the pits) Found the fault and advised it was not dangerous to drive. 4 starsSo the moral of this story?Second hand car dealers do not have to lie, mislead or make life difficult for customers.There are some great ones out there and I found them over in Morley City Hyundai.

Phil is one of the most friendly mechanics and knowledgeable tuners that I've had the pleasure to work with. He is truly passionate about the work he does. He has helped me very much with diagnosis of existing problems with my 1.8T A4 and also with plans for the build in future. I cannot rate his work highly enough! Very friendly and helpful staff. Ian was great and even his trainee who had only 5 day’s experience made it an easy process. Not pushy at all and allowed us to take our time in deciding. They are also willing to negotiate with the price. It was a fantastic experience buying my car from the team at Perth City Skoda.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car

So far so good, had my Scala for 35,000km and no problems yet.Just note a service can take a month to book so dont leave it till the last minute.Friendly and helpful staff.

A BIG Thank You to Phillip for very patiently answering all my queries related to a Stage 3 build for my VW. Simply loved the way Philip explained each and every aspect of the tune - the pre-requisites, the hardware requirements, the process etc. Helped clarify a lot of doubts and helped me make a 'well-informed' decision. Highly recommended !

Purchased a car to be delivered to Victoria. Very disappointed as this car dealership unfortunately lived up to every stereotype of a used car dealer. Pressure sales from Amir to get the $2000 deposit calling every couple of hours untill you sign it. Once they have you on the hook they don't care. No more phone calls or customer service. Getting information was like squeezing water from a stone. They were uncooperative and unwilling to provide the information we required. The sales rep Amir was rude and short with us the whole way. The car was eventually received in a dirty condition with no petrol in the tank on purchasing and expensive prestige vehicle. When I complained they said they didn't have a petrol station on the premises and they can be expected to fill it up. As if is impossible to drive to a petrol station. Ridiculous thing to say, to not even have the common decency to fill up the tank. I complained to the Manager Hayden about various things including this. He promised a fuel voucher and other corrective measures which were never followed through. Terrible experience with this car dealership. The positive was that after the car failed the roadworthy test as two tyres needed to be replaced, they did have them replaced for us to reach roadworthy standards however I would have preferred to receive the car already roadworthy and not have to go through that stress. Go elsewhere and beware of purchasing interstate.

Had my manual MK7 R stage 2 tuned this week, as well as a stage 2 clutch upgrade. A big job that was literally completed in half a day. Blown away by the quality and speed of Phil and the teams work at Eurospec. Highly recommend their expertise for any VW performance modifications. Thanks guys.

Just wanted to come on here and say a massive massive thank you to Phillip and the guys over at Eurospec Automotion. After going to them to do a Stage 2 tune on my MK7 GTI i was extremely pleased with the service and result i received. I then had the car booked in on the 14th of June to do a full stage three including upgraded turbo, coils and spark plugs for even more power. Was patiently waiting for the day until last Thursday (26th May) I took the car out for a drive and sent it a bit too hard which resulted in me blowing the turbo and having to get the car towed. In the morning I called Phillip and was expecting to have to wait until my original booking date for him to have a look at it however he said bring it straight over and he’ll take a look. Three days later i get a message from him saying the car is already done and ready for pickup despite him being completely booked. He went above and beyond not only fitting in time to take a look but to finish the car two weeks before originally promised. He also went the extra mile and not only cleaned the car, topped up the oil , put half a tank of fuel in it (was empty when dropped off) but even replaced a line that he didn’t even damage all free of charge ! Cannot recommended these guys enough , definitely if your in the market for a custom tune or even a regular service don’t hesitate to try these guys out !
